The late Zaha Hadid, born on 31 October 1950, left a profound mark on contemporary architecture and urban planning. Of Iraqi-British origin, she was a key figure of the deconstructivist movement and one of the most awarded female architects in the profession. She notably received the Pritzker Prize in 2004.

A graduate of ENSCI in 1990, Jean-Marie Massaud has been driven from the outset by a quest for synthesis, reduction and lightness. His work spans industrial design, architecture and furniture design. He has collaborated with major international brands and is recognised for his refined style and innovative creations, often inspired by nature and well-being. He aims to design objects and spaces that enhance quality of life while remaining sustainable. His collaborations with Poltrona Frau have produced exceptional pieces such as the Archibald armchair and the Gran Torino sofa, both of which have become true icons of the brand.

Jacques Garcia is a French interior architect and designer, renowned for his refined approach and eclectic style. He is famous for his work on prestigious hotels, restaurants and châteaux, including the Château de Versailles and the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris. Jean-Philippe Nuel, French architect and designer, is a leading specialist in luxury hospitality and high-end interior design. He is behind emblematic projects such as the Piscine Molitor in Paris and the ships of the cruise company Ponant, and collaborates with brands like Sofitel and Club Med while developing numerous international projects.

MARCEL WANDERS

Marcel Wanders is a Dutch designer known for his bold and innovative approach to interior and product design. He combines art and design in creations that are both poetic and functional. His work blends baroque inspiration with contemporary minimalism. He is especially renowned for his collaborations with prestigious brands such as Poliform, where he has served as creative director, and Fiam Italia.

ROBERTO LAZZERONI
ROBERTO LAZZERONI

Roberto Lazzeroni was born in Pisa and studied art and architecture in Florence. During his formative years, he became increasingly interested in conceptual art and radical design. He began his professional career in the early 1980s with a series of significant interior architecture projects that quickly attracted attention. He has left a strong mark on the identity of Poltrona Frau, creating timeless pieces and signing the DUO collection born of the collaboration between Poltrona Frau and Ceccotti.

Christian de Portzamparc, born Christian Hubert Marie Urvoy de Portzamparc on 9 May 1944 in Casablanca, Morocco, is a French architect, urban planner, artist and author. A graduate of the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1969, he founded his own practice, Atelier Christian de Portzamparc, in 1980.

Among his iconic products is the Jobs collection created for Poltrona Frau, which has become a benchmark in prestigious office spaces.
